How it works

One workflow from the office to the field and back again.

  1. 1

    Create the job

Pick the client, enter the scope and jobsite, set the due date and the worker's compensation.

  2. 2

    Assign the work

Offer the job to a worker or a whole crew. They see the pay before they accept.

  3. 3

    Worker accepts

Accepting locks a historical snapshot of the agreement and puts the job on the schedule.

  4. 4

    Check in on site

The worker presses check in. Location is captured at that moment only — never continuously.

  5. 5

    Document the work

Before, progress and after photos plus receipts upload straight from the phone.

  6. 6

    Check out and submit

Hours calculate from check-in to check-out and the worker submits the job for review.

  7. 7

    Review and approve

A project manager approves the work or requests a revision with notes.

  8. 8

    Pay and invoice

Approved work becomes payable, gets recorded in a weekly batch, and the client invoice goes out.

  9. 9

    Close the job

Expenses, pay and revenue roll up into job margin and your reports.
